Ingredients: 1 lb shrimp (grilling Shrimp with tail gives more flavor), 2 tsp olive oil, 1-2 tsp of Dat Sauce ,4 sm Jalapeño peppers, 1 c. sliced mushrooms, 1/4 c. Red Peppers, 2 cloves minced Garlic, 1 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp ground cumin, 1/2 tsp sea salt,1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 small onion sliced.
Directions: In a bowl, add shrimp and dat sauce. Stir. set aside.Heat olive oil in pan. Saute onion, mushrooms, red peppers, Jalapeno peppers, garlic. Add chili powder, cumin, sea salt, pepper. Stir in shrimp and cook 1-2 minutes per side Add lemon slices and cilantro. Serve over rice if desired .
