T-bone Montgomery’s Dat Ketchup Buffalo Meatloaf
1 lb of ground meat (ground beef, buffalo, or venison)
1/4 cup of chopped green onions
1 clove garlic chopped
1/4 cup dry parsley
Salt, Pepper, and Garlic to Taste
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
teaspoon of mustard powder or tablespoon of ground mustard
8 oz of D.a.T. KeTcHuP
Work all of the ingredients together and shape to fit a meatloaf pan.
Once its shaped, add more salt and pepper if desire.
Once the meatloaf is in the pan cover with D.a.T. KeTcHuP
Cook uncovered on 350 for an hour. Turn off Oven.
Let sit for 15 minutes. (Pour out any juices as use as a gravy for potatoes).
